In addition to the standard New York State sales tax (8%), there is a 6% room occupancy tax that is required by Monroe County. We also require a $10 destination fee.
Our $10 Destination Fee includes 2 bottled waters in your room, 2 cups of Starbucks drip coffee from our Craftsman Cafe , access to our hiking trails on-property and use of our bicycles, golf clubs, snowshoes, and more.

We have an extensive fitness center with treadmills, ellipticals, free weights, and various weight machines. It is located in the lower level, past the pool.
At this time, we do not offer transportation. There are several options if you need a ride to the hotel, from the airport or elsewhere, that our front desk would be happy to assist you with.

You must be 21 years or older to reserve a room.
Massages are prohibited to guests under 16, and a parent is required to be present for massages for guests ages 16 to 18. Wraps are prohibited to guests under 18, and facials are prohibited to guests under 15, with a parent needing to be present for guests receiving facials ages 15 to 18. For our younger guests, we offer manicures, pedicures, and salon services as an alternative.
