We recommend scheduling your spa appointments two weeks in advance of your arrival. Spa and Salon services are guaranteed with a credit card. We invite you to arrive 30 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment to utilize the facilities, shower and prepare for your treatment. Lockers and spa wardrobe (robe and sandals) will be provided for you when you have a spa treatment. During all treatments, your body is fully draped, except for the area being worked on. Comfort requests such as room temperature, pressure of touch, or music volume may be communicated to Spa Elan staff during your service. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required or a cancellation fee of 50% of your service cost will be charged.
